CradleStation（以下简称“本应用”）由广州福悳家贸易有限公司开发并提供服务。本应用尊重并保护用户隐私。本隐私政策旨在帮助您了解本应用在使用过程中可能涉及的权限及数据处理情况。请在使用本应用前仔细阅读本隐私政策。

1、信息收集范围

本应用不收集任何用户个人身份信息，也不进行用户行为分析或数据上传。

本应用仅在实现功能必要范围内使用以下系统权限：

• 蓝牙权限：用于与智能摇篮设备进行通信，实现设备启动、停止及运行状态控制
• 位置权限：用于蓝牙扫描功能，以发现附近的摇篮设备（根据系统要求，扫描蓝牙设备需开启位置权限），本应用不会获取或上传用户的位置信息
• 通知权限：用于向用户推送定时任务的倒计时提醒
• 前台服务权限：用于在应用后台运行时维持与摇篮设备的蓝牙连接，保障倒计时提醒功能正常运行

信息收集范围仅限设备通信所需系统权限，不涉及任何个人信息采集。

2、信息使用目的与方式

• 蓝牙权限：用于设备连接与控制
• 位置权限：用于扫描附近蓝牙设备（系统要求）
• 通知权限：用于倒计时提醒
• 前台服务权限：用于保障设备连接稳定运行

3、数据存储说明

3.1、存储地域

本应用相关数据仅存储于：

• 用户本地设备（中国境内）
• 智能摇篮设备本体

不涉及境外存储或云端存储。

3.2、存储内容

• 设备运行状态、运行时间、倒计时任务及相关运行数据存储在摇篮设备中
• App端仅在本地保存必要的应用设置数据（如设备语言、隐私协议确认状态等），不存储个人身份信息或设备运行数据

3.3、存储期限与处理方式

• 数据仅在摇篮设备使用期间存在
• 当用户停止使用或卸载应用后，App端不再保留任何数据
• 用户可通过App发送新的设备控制参数，新的参数设置将覆盖此前摇篮设备中的相关设置

4、用户权利

由于本应用无账号体系，用户可通过以下方式行使个人信息相关权利：

• 查询权：用户可在摇篮设备或App界面查看设备状态与任务信息
• 更正权：用户可在App中修改设备控制参数
• 删除权：用户可通过App重新设置设备参数，新的设置将覆盖此前摇篮设备中的相关参数
• 注销权：本应用无账号体系，用户卸载应用即终止服务

5、信息保护措施

本应用通过蓝牙与摇篮设备进行通信，所有设备运行状态、运行时间及相关数据均来源于摇篮设备本体。
本应用仅用于接收与显示设备实时数据，并发送控制指令，不对设备数据进行本地存储或云端存储。
数据传输过程中采用系统提供的蓝牙通信加密机制保障基础通信安全。

6、不收集的个人信息

本应用不会收集以下信息：

• 姓名、手机号、地址等身份信息
• 通讯录、短信、相册等敏感信息
• 用户位置信息
• 用户行为数据或分析数据
• 广告或统计数据

同时本应用不接入任何第三方SDK。

7、儿童隐私保护

本应用由监护人使用，不面向儿童直接提供服务，不收集儿童个人信息。

8、权限管理

用户可在系统设置中随时关闭以下权限：

• 蓝牙权限
• 位置权限
• 通知权限

关闭后可能影响对应功能正常使用。

CradleStation – Privacy Policy

CradleStation (hereinafter referred to as “this Application”) is developed and provided by Fotogears Trading (Guangzhou) Limited. This Application respects and protects user privacy. This Privacy Policy is intended to help you understand the permissions and data processing involved during your use of this Application. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Application.

1、Scope of Information Collection

This Application does not collect any personally identifiable information and does not perform user behavior analysis or data uploading.

This Application only uses the following system permissions within the scope necessary to provide its core functions:

• Bluetooth Permission: Used to communicate with the smart cradle device to enable device start, stop, and operation status control.
• Location Permission: Used for Bluetooth scanning to discover nearby cradle devices (required by the system to scan Bluetooth devices). This Application does not access or upload user location information.
• Notification Permission: Used to send countdown reminders for scheduled tasks.
• Foreground Service Permission: Used to maintain Bluetooth connection with the cradle device when the Application runs in the background, ensuring countdown reminders function properly.

The scope of information usage is limited to system permissions required for device communication and does not involve the collection of personal information.

2、Purpose and Use of Information

• Bluetooth Permission: Used for device connection and control.
• Location Permission: Used for scanning nearby Bluetooth devices (system requirement).
• Notification Permission: Used for countdown reminders.Foreground Service Permission: Used to ensure stable device connection.

3.、Data Storage Description

3.1、 Storage Location

Data related to this Application is stored only in:

• User’s local device (within mainland China)
• Smart cradle device itself

No overseas or cloud storage is involved.

3.2、Stored Content

• Device operation status, running time, countdown tasks, and related operational data are stored in the cradle device.
• The Application only stores necessary local configuration data (such as device language and privacy agreement consent status) and does not store personal identity information or device operation data.

3.3、 Storage Period and Handling

• Data exists only during the use of the cradle device.
• When the user stops using or uninstalls the Application, no data will be retained on the Application side.
• Users may send new device control parameters via the Application, and the new settings will overwrite previous configurations stored in the cradle device.

4、User Rights

Since this Application does not have an account system, users may exercise their rights regarding personal information as follows:

• Right to Access: Users can view device status and task information on the cradle device or within the Application interface.
• Right to Rectification: Users can modify device control parameters within the Application.
• Right to Erasure: Users may reconfigure device settings via the Application, and new settings will overwrite previous configurations stored on the cradle device.
• Right to Account Cancellation: This Application has no account system; uninstalling the Application terminates its use.

5、Information Protection Measures

This Application communicates with the cradle device via Bluetooth. All device operation status, running time, and related data originate from the cradle device itself.

The Application is only used to receive and display real-time device data and send control commands. It does not store data locally or upload data to cloud servers.

Data transmission uses the Bluetooth communication encryption mechanism provided by the system to ensure basic communication security.

6、Personal Information Not Collected

This Application does not collect the following information:

• Name, phone number, address, or other identity information
• Contacts, SMS messages, or photo album data
• User location information
• User behavior data or analytics data
• Advertising or statistical data

This Application does not integrate any third-party SDKs.
